![Say hello to the Play & Learn Khasi Alphabet Blocks!✨️
This was a tiny dream of mine that started around the workshops of Nongthymmai, Shillong. All these wood scraps at @paieid_furniture had the potential to be turned into something magical.
So with our skills in surplus, we got to work.
And here is that little dream into your hands.
The Khasi language through play!
Each block is made from reclaimed wood in natural shades and finishes, celebrating culture but being gentle on the planet.
We chamfered the corners for safe handling for little hands. Explore each side to learn a letter, word and images to spark that curiosity ✨️
Art and Education come together in this little offering and we hope you enjoy it🌻

![Didn't think it was going to happen this year. But here we are. I am back to Candour On Canvas 🌼
I was away for a good part of the year, tending to my family and caretaking.
Hard as it was, it has made me more grateful for time.
For tender, ordinary moments that make a simple life a joyful one.
And after much of a year away from home, how humbling it is for me to return to it.
Nothing beats the feeling of coming back to a cottage, to quiet peaceful mornings...and back to a creative life that has been waiting for me.
