At Candour on Canvas, we’re committed to getting your orders to you safely and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping timelines, delivery options and other key information to help you shop with ease.
1. Order Processing Time
We usually dispatch orders within 2 working days, unless marked as a pre-order. You’ll receive an email once your order is booked.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, your order should arrive in:

Please note: These are approximate timelines and may vary based on your pincode or courier partner logistics.
3. Express Shipping (Optional)
Need it sooner? We offer express delivery on request for select pincodes.

Delivery Estimate: 1–2 working days for local locations

Charge: ₹100

Order Cut-off: Must be placed before 11 AM for same-day dispatch

Availability: Depends on your pincode and courier service
To request express shipping:

Place your order as usual

We’ll confirm service availability and share a payment link or UPI code

Once paid, your order will be dispatched in the next available slot
Note: Express delivery timelines are not guaranteed. As this is a speed-based service, refunds will not be issued in case of delays.
4. Missed Delivery
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If unsuccessful:

You may receive a call or message to reschedule

If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us

Re-shipping is available upon request with a charge of ₹120
5. Order Marked as Delivered, But Not Received
If your order status shows Delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 24 hours at hello@candouroncanvas.com. Beyond this window, we may not be able to escalate the issue with our courier partners.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional fee of ₹120

8. Serviceable Locations
If you're unsure whether your pincode is serviceable, feel free to email hello@candouroncanvas.com. If your area is unserviceable after order placement, we’ll initiate a refund as per our Refund Policy.

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order is delivered safely.
10. Wrong Address or Contact Information
